PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce highly-stable ozone water by heightening concentration increase of dissolved ozone concentration/reachability, and by suppressing self-decomposition of ozone.SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing ozone water comprises a PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) type oxygen concentration apparatus 28 for producing concentrated oxygen gas by separating nitrogen gas from the air by adsorption action, an ozonizer 7 for changing concentrated oxygen gas into ozone gas by discharge, and an ejector 14 for producing ozone water by dissolving ozone gas into water. By providing a carbon dioxide removing apparatus 1 on the preceding stage or on the subsequent stage of the PSA type oxygen concentration apparatus 28, generation of ozone scavenger generated by carbon dioxide can be suppressed, and resultantly, ozone water production ability and concentration stability can be heightened remarkably. |
