PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal powder which stably presents an excellent feeling of gloss for a long period.SOLUTION: A metal powder includes a base particle having a surface composed of a metal material, which is surface-treated with a fluorine-based phosphate. The surface of the base particle is preferably composed of Al. The metal powder preferably has a scale-like shape. The fluorine-based phosphate preferably has a chemical structure represented by formula (1).
