PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce distortion of an image generated by observing at an observation angle not facing a display screen, in a multidirectional image display device.SOLUTION: An image display device includes: a multidirectional image display unit for displaying image signals output from a plurality of imaging devices for imaging a subject at predetermined imaging angles different from each other, to a common display screen so as to observe the imaging signals only in an observation area corresponding to the imaging angles of the imaging devices having output the imaging signals; and a correction unit for correcting visual distortion of an image generated according to an observation angle to the display screen in observing the image, for each of the plurality of image signals.
