PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional picture imaging device enabling a viewing angle to be broadened without reduction in a depth reproduction range and resolution.SOLUTION: To image a three-dimensional picture of a subject W by an Integral Photography scheme, a three-dimensional picture imaging device 1 is configured to include: an element optical component group 5; unnecessary light elimination means 4 that eliminates unnecessary light from the subject; and imaging means 9. Defining a line connecting centers of the two element optical components in which a distance between centers of the adjacent element optical components 6 is minimized as a reference line CL, the element optical component group is arranged in inclination so as for a horizontal center axis line hL of an element image w and the reference line to form an angle &phgr;. The unnecessary light elimination means includes at least an opening window 2a for eliminating an unnecessary light beam group out of the light beam group of object light from the subject such that an element image composed of the element image group is not overlapped with the other element image, and is configured so as for a longitudinal direction of the opening window and a horizontal center axis line of the element image to become parallel with each other.
