PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze an operation history list and create, at a high speed, a list including only a latest operation of a same file, namely, a difference list that is a latest list of file data added, changed and deleted in a file server.SOLUTION: A file list generation method includes: a first step of acquiring operation history list of file data addition, change, and deletion executed for a retrieval object file after the previous retrieval index creation process, from a file server managing the retrieval object file; and a second step of, when the acquired operation history list includes a plurality of operation history items on the same file, acquiring a latest operation history item, then consolidating the operation history item with an operation history item of other file, and outputting it as a difference list from the operation history list that is executed for the retrieval object file after the previous retrieval index creation process. |
