PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective cleaning method of a screen water intake device for a water intake system.SOLUTION: A screen water intake device for a water intake system uses a cleaning system 100 to perform cleaning of one or more screen water intakes 200. A plurality of pipes 120 inside a screen 210 take in a liquid (for example, water or non-compressive liquid) fed under pressure from a pump 104 to remove dust of the screen 210. Subsequently, outlet ports 122 of the pipes which are holes, nozzles 130, or the like send the liquid fed under pressure to the inside of the screen 210. One or more valves 114 change, agitate, or pulsate the liquid fed under pressure, and additionally or alternatively, send the liquid fed under pressure selectively to the pipes to remove the dust accumulated on the outside of the screen 210. Furthermore, a heater 108 of the system removes or prevents formation of ice crystals on the screen by heating the liquid and sending it to the pipes 120. |
