PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cut down excess communication paths.SOLUTION: A control unit 1b determines whether or not the number of communication paths R1, R2, R3 to access a node 3 from interface units 2a, 2b is larger than the number of the interface units 2a, 2b on the basis of information indicating the interface units 2a, 2b and path information indicating communication paths via a plurality of relay devices. If the number of the communication paths R1, R2, R3 is larger than the number of the interface units 2a, 2b, the control unit 1b controls the plurality of relay devices such that part of the communication paths R1, R2, R3 will be cut off. |
