PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a composite image with a better image quality by using X-ray contrast image data and X-ray transparent image data of a subject.SOLUTION: A medical image processing device in the embodiment includes: an X-ray image obtaining unit; a marker detector; a contrast image generator; and a display image generator. The X-ray image obtaining unit obtains X-ray contrast image data and X-ray transparent image data. The marker detector detects a plurality of positions of markers attached to a device from the X-ray contrast image data or from the X-ray contrast image data and the X-ray transparent image data. The contrast image generator generates X-ray contrast image data for composite with movement correction so that the plurality of position of the markers are considered to be the same. The display image generator generates X-ray image data for display by combining the X-ray contrast image data for composite with the X-ray transparent image data.
