PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding wheel and a grinding device configured in such a manner that a circumferential phase of a disk member is aligned with a predetermined phase when the grinding wheel is attached to a rotary shaft.SOLUTION: A grinding wheel 1 includes a disk member 10 and a grinding wheel member 20 projecting from a side surface 10a of the disk member 10. The disk member 10 has the odd number of first mounting holes 11 equally spaced on a circumference which assumes a center P of the disk member 10 to be a center of a circle, and has the even number of second mounting holes 12, except a number equal to an even multiple of the number of first mounting holes 11, on the circumference which assumes the center P of the disk member 10 to be the center of the circle. A grinding device includes the grinding wheel 1 and a rotary shaft to which the grinding wheel 1 is attached. An end face of the rotary shaft has a plurality of mounting holes communicating into each first mounting holes 11 and each second mounting holes 12, respectively. |
