PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently decontaminating particulate matters such as sediment and burned ash into which oil contaminated by radioactive substances is mixed.SOLUTION: A particulate matter decontamination treatment system includes: catalyst water generation means 1 for generating ceramic catalyst water by utilizing catalyst reaction obtained by bringing a solution containing free chlorine into contact with ceramics; suction/transfer means 4 having a venturi structure and capable of injecting the ceramic catalyst water at high pressure from a nozzle, sucking contaminated particulate matters from a branch pipe arranged on the downstream side of the means 4, mixing the sucked contaminated particulate matters with the ceramic catalyst water, and transferring the contaminated particulate matters mixed with the ceramic catalyst water; separation treatment means 5, 6 for separating the mixed contaminated particulate matters into particulate matters and contaminated drainage: and decontamination treatment means 7 for bringing the contaminated drainage into contact with sodium-form taeniolite and hydroxyapatite, and sucking and decontaminating radioactive substances, to decontaminate the contaminated particulate matters contaminated by the radioactive substances. |
