PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, and a program which are capable of obtaining an image in which a moving object is erased on the basis of plural still images.SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus comprises: an extraction unit which extracts a first still portion in an image on the basis of the plural still images and extracts at least a portion of a second still portion corresponding to a portion which has not been extracted as the first still portion in the image on the basis of the plural still images; and a combining unit which combines the first still portion and the second still portion to generate a composite image. |
