PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-proof connector capable of preventing the deterioration of liquid-proofing performance.SOLUTION: A liquid-proof connector 1 comprises a connector housing 40 including a counterpart connector fitting portion 50 and a terminal storage potion 60 holding a terminal 10 connected with an electric wire 20 inside through a terminal holder 30, and formed with a cross section expanding area portion 63 in which a cross section orthogonal to an insertion direction D of the terminal 10 is expanded to be a predetermined size toward a terminal insertion direction deep side position 61 at which the counterpart connector fitting portion 50 is inserted or an insertion port 62 of the terminal 10. The connector housing 40 is filled with filling resin 80 for liquid-proofing. The terminal holder 30 is formed so as to project out from the vicinity of a locking portion 32 for locking the terminal 10 toward inner surfaces 40b and 60a of the connector housing 40. In the cross section expanding area portion 63, an inner surface 63a is bent in an R-shape so as to be parallel with the insertion direction D from a direction orthogonal to the insertion direction D of the terminal 10, thereby being expanded to be a cross section of a predetermined size. |
