PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease manufacturing costs of metal belt elements, while reducing noise coming from a continuously variable transmission.SOLUTION: A metal belt includes annularly formed steel rings and a plurality of elements arranged along the steel rings and having slots of a predetermined width formed for fitting the steel rings thereinto. The plurality of elements include at least two kinds of elements different in slot width. |
