PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically delete an index and a voice file which are created double, in a simultaneous recording environment of both master and sub systems in a speech recording system.SOLUTION: An index/voice comparison server 108 refers to an index DB 200 and extracts an index holding the same speech information with respect to a certain index. The index/voice comparison server 108 refers to a master voice file DB 110 and a sub voice file DB 111 of a center storage 109, extracts/compares voice files matching to the indexes and deletes one index/voice file in the case of the same voice contents. |
