PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sol manufacturing apparatus in a simple configuration with durability, capable of arbitrarily setting a discharge amount by controlling a pump including a flexible operation member for two or more kinds of handling fluids, agitating and mixing the handling fluid supplied for a fixed amount by a mixer and rationally supplying it.SOLUTION: A sol manufacturing apparatus includes: two or more sets of pumps 10 in such a structure that a flow path can be expanded and contracted by elastically displacing a flexible operation tube 14 by a fluid pressure; a hydraulic unit 20 for driving the operation tube of the pumps; control means 40 for controlling the hydraulic unit; a tank for storage of each handling fluid; and a mixer 30 for merging, agitating and mixing the fluids sent by the respective pumps and turning them into a fluid of required components. The pump is configured such that a pair of operation tubes 14 are provided, the hydraulic unit is driven by a servo mechanism so that the flow path of the operation tube is expanded and contracted alternately by hydraulic power, and the discharge amount of the pump is controlled. |
