摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulator system which is capable of automatically executing various operations relating to a minute operation object like an egg, which have required skill conventionally, and an operation method of a minute operation object.SOLUTION: The manipulator system includes: a microscope for observing a minute operation object; a pair of manipulators which can be electrically driven in three directions of XYZ axes in order to manipulate the operation object; a sample stage which has the operation object placed thereon and can be electrically driven in a plane direction of XY axes; a control unit for controlling driving of the manipulators and the sample stage; and a manipulating unit for driving the manipulators and the sample stage via the control unit. Operation tools are mounted on the manipulators, and respective position information of the operation tools relative to a plurality of regions set about the operation object is stored in the control unit, and the operation tools are automatically moved relatively in the regions by the sample stage and/or the manipulators on the basis of the stored position information.
