PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of cutting a shoulder part (corner part) of a waste tire to produce an approximately flat tire ring body.SOLUTION: A table 4 on which a fallen waste tire 2 is placed can be inclined so that the back face side becomes higher around a shaft 10 installed on the front face side. A cutting device includes: a disk cutter 5 rotated by a motor 12; and a pressing drum 6 installed at the same height as that of the disk cutter 5. A support column 17 erects from a main arm 16 oscillating within a horizontal face, and the pressing drum 6 is rotatably mounted to an upper arm 18 extending from an upper end of the support column. A groove 19 is formed over the entire circumference of the pressing drum 6, and the groove has a width to which an outer peripheral cutting edge of the disk cutter 5 is fitted. A guide groove 20 is formed on the table 4 so that the support column 17 moves along with the oscillation of the main arm 16. |
