PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing micro-pattern electrodes is provided to reduce the electric resistance of wires and to increase adhesion to a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing micro-pattern electrodes includes the following: a photo-sensitive ceramic substrate(100) is exposed and developed to form a trench channel; the trench channel is formed on the upper side of the substrate; photo-sensitive electrode paste is applied and dried on the entire upper side of the substrate; the paste is exposed and developed such that the trench channel is filled with the lower part of the paste; and the upper part of the paste forms electrode patterns(107) which are protruded from the substrate. |
