PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable living environment appropriate to season to a dwelling house of high air tightness, and simultaneously to suppress energy consumption.SOLUTION: A ventilation control system includes an air supply duct 14 and an exhaust duct 16 opened to an exterior wall of a building 12 at one end and opened to a room of the building at the other end, a heat exchanger 26 exchanging heat between the outside air sucked through the air supply duct 14 and the air discharged through the exhaust duct 16, air supply fans 18 taking the outside air indoors through the air supply duct 14, exhaust fans 20 discharging the indoor air to the external through the exhaust duct 16, an operation mode selecting means 48 for storing either a first operation mode for operating both of the air supply fans 18 and the exhaust fans 20 or a second operation mode for operating the air supply fans 18 and stopping the exhaust fans 20, as an operation mode data 66, and a fan control means 50 controlling motion of the air supply and exhaust fans according to contents of the operation mode data 66. |
