PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client opinion analysis apparatus for discriminating customer's frustrations, opinions and complaints.SOLUTION: A central control unit 25 integrates a class discrimination result on "customer's opinions" in an instance model base discrimination unit 18 as a discrimination function unit of an instance model with respect to documents as input "customer's opinions", a document model base discrimination unit 19 as a discrimination function unit of a document model, and a final document model base discrimination unit 20 as a discrimination function unit of a final document model. Then, opinions of customers are discriminated based on the integration result. |
