PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment film processing apparatus capable of applying desired alignment controllability to an alignment film.SOLUTION: An alignment film processing apparatus includes: a light source device 1011 that emits ultraviolet light; a polygon scanner 1012 that has a rotary polygon mirror 1121, and deflects the light from the light source device 1011; a mirror 1013 that rotates a polarization direction of the light deflected by the polygon scanner 1012 for every incident position according to an alignment control direction so as to reflect the light to a direction toward an alignment film; a stage device 1014 that moves a transparent substrate on which the alignment film is formed along an x-axis direction; and a control device that controls the entire apparatus.
