PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having superior energy-saving performance by preventing inflow of air at high temperature into a freezing space, in the refrigerator performing cooling by one evaporator.SOLUTION: In a refrigerator 10, a refrigerating/cooling mode for distributing air cooled by one evaporator 53 to a refrigerating space 20, and a freezing/cooling mode for distributing the air to a freezing space 40, are executed while switched. In switching from the refrigerating/cooling mode to the freezing/cooling mode, an evaporator fan 58 is stopped while driving a compressor 56 after terminating the refrigerating/cooling mode, a shifting mode for closing a refrigerating damper 27 to open and close a flow channel for supplying the air cooled by the evaporator 53 to the refrigerating space 20, and a freezing damper 49 to open and close a flow channel for supplying the air cooled by the evaporator 53 to the freezing space 40, is executed for a prescribed time, and then the freezing/cooling mode is executed. |
