PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a metallic tone film, allowing impartment of a uniform and excellent brilliant feeling or metallic tone feeling to a film base material by orienting flake-like magnetic bodies in a direction along the surface of the film base material by a simple method, in a film wherein a resin layer containing the flake-like magnetic bodies is laminated.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a metallic tone film wherein resin layers containing magnetic bodies are laminated, a laminate body 10 wherein a first resin layer 4 in a softened state containing flake-like first magnetic bodies 2 is laminated on a film base material 1 and wherein a second resin layer 7 in a softened state containing granular second magnetic bodies 5 is laminated on the first resin layer 4 is disposed in a magnetic field, the first and second magnetic bodies 2, 5 contained in the laminate body 10 are moved to the film base material 1 side, and the first and second resin layers 4, 7 are hardened. |
