PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for determining the physical properties of a receiving device in a navigation system are provided to improve the accuracy of a navigation system even in the environment that users use electronic devices such as mobile terminals. CONSTITUTION: A receiver (710) receives multiple navigation signals from multiple navigation signal sources. A measurement estimating unit (720) estimates multiple estimation values based on the received navigation signals.
