PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant electric wire excellent in heat resistance and flame retardance, light in weight and easy in handling, and also good in appearance.SOLUTION: A heat-resistant electric wire includes a coating 12 comprising a flame retardant composition containing 5.0-150.0 pts.mass of hollow particles comprising borosilicate glass with respect to 100 pts.mass of a tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymer. More preferably, the flame retardant composition contains 30.0-110.0 pts.mass of hollow particles comprising borosilicate glass with respect to 100 pts.mass of a tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymer. |
