PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to freely customize even an application operation itself such as an instrument panel and the like without a program change and a compilation execution and to thereby change a design image of an application and its operation.SOLUTION: A meter panel display device comprises: a meter screen drawing part 200 that inputs a setting file 30 including, at least, a plurality of various animations 10 constituting a function of a screen and all pieces as a frame, a communication protocol 20 defining information on data to be displayed on a meter for transiting the pieces of meter animations 11 and 12 among the plurality of various animations 10, and a customizable property setting for setting a condition for pieces of the plurality of various animations 10 to transit as a parameter; and a filter calculation part 220 that calculates and outputs a filter value based on the property setting in the setting file 30 from information on a basis of the communication protocol 20. |
