PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information by linking a counter, items, and the like along an arbitrary traffic line.SOLUTION: A video distribution apparatus comprises: a node designation function 11 for accepting a start point node and an end point node; a routing function 12 for calculating a route from the start point node to the end point node by referring to a distribution database; a video selection function 13 for acquiring a keyword for a next node on the route from a counter database 16, searching for a video file name linked to the acquired keyword from a video database 17, and storing the video file name linked to the node in a video node database 19; and a communication function 14 for transmitting a video file designated with a video file name linked to a node corresponding to a digital signage 2 according to an inquiry from the digital signage 2.
