PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier laminate which has an excellent oxygen barrier property and lamination strength, and has an easily opening property in which even an elderly person or a child can easily tear the laminate when used as a package.SOLUTION: A gas barrier laminate is manufactured by successively laminating a gas barrier layer (II) containing an inorganic layer compound (A) and a resin (B), a laminate adhesive layer (V) and a sealant layer (W) on a plastic base (I) via an anchor coat layer in which the volume ratio of the inorganic layer compound (A) to the resin (B) in the gas barrier layer (II) is 3/97-5/95, and the lamination strength (X) is 3.5 N/cm or larger. |
