PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground structure defect evaluation device and defect evaluation method capable of correctly evaluating deterioration in an underground structure such as a metal column.SOLUTION: A reflection echo is detected within a monitor range S (S201). The reflection echo basically corresponds to a defect in a corrosion part 13. Primary evaluation is performed based on a boundary part reflection echo (a reflection echo from the corrosion part close to the ground 33) (S201-S202). After the primary evaluation in S202, an end part reflection echo is detected (S203), secondary evaluation is performed (S204), and the result is displayed (S205). |
