PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation device that allows a user to observe with optical performance in a suitable state according to an angle of view of observation.SOLUTION: An observation device has an eyepiece optical system that projects an original image displayed on an image display element on eyeballs of an observer as a virtual image. The eyepiece optical system has one reflection surface; the reflection surface is arranged eccentrically to a visual axis of the observer and the image display element, respectively; and the image display element and the eyepiece optical system are positioned according to the size of an angle of view of observation. Accordingly, the observation device has a plurality of use area that reflect the original image displayed on the image display element. |
