PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic image acquisition device, a traffic image acquisition method, and a traffic image acquisition program capable of grasping a detailed situation of an area where a traffic accident has occurred without installing a high-performance imaging unit.SOLUTION: A traffic image acquisition device 100 includes: a specification unit 31 that specifies an area where a traffic accident has occurred or a risky area where there is a high risk of the occurrence of a traffic accident from an image photographed by a first imaging unit 1; and an adjustment unit 32 for adjusting a second imaging unit 2 capable of adjusting an image angle to be smaller than that of the first imaging unit 1 so that the risky area specified by the specification unit 31 is photographed by the second imaging unit 2.
