A metal thin film oil filter of an air compressor, which has excellent removal efficiency of fine particles, greatly reduces pressure loss, is easily maintained and repaired, and can reduce environmental pollution by having very small pores as compared with an existing mesh filter, is provided. In an oil filter of an air compressor for filtering particles of alien substances contained in an air compressor hydraulic oil, a metal thin film oil filter of the air compressor is characterized in that a metal thin film filter comprising a metal thin film(31) in which micropores(31a) are formed by photo-etching is installed in the oil filter. The metal thin film filter comprises at least two metal thin films which are laminated in such a manner that the metal thin films are superposed on one another, in which superposed micropores are alternately disposed to form through-portions with a predetermined size that are superposed on one another, wherein the area of the through-portions is smaller than that of the micropores. |
