PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door of the flush structure which is mass produced simply and easily at low cost, in which the boundary between a surface plate body and a frame member is finished beautifully in an ideal state.SOLUTION: On both sides of a door of the flush structure, surface plates 1 are respectively disposed facing each other with a core material 6 provided between the surface plates 1. The surface plate 1 is provided with a surface plate body 2 and a decorative plate part 4 disposed in an opening 3 provided in the surface plate body 2. In the surface plate body 2, a flexible surface sheet 11 is bonded on the surface of a plate material 10, the inner side of the opening 3 is groove-processed along the edge of the opening 3 to form a cut groove 14, the surface sheet 11 is bent on the cut groove 14 as a hinge, and inclined pieces 13 are provided on both sides of the opening 3, respectively. In a door panel, an inclined plane 4A is arranged on the surface of the inclined piece 13, with the inclined planes 4 bringing both side surfaces of the decorative plate part 4 into close contact with the inclined pieces 13 of the surface plate body 2, and the inner surface of the inclined piece is bonded on the surface of the core material 6 and the opening 3 of the surface plate body 2 is closed by the decorative plate part 4. |
