PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decrease of an effective area of a filter 7 caused by a bubble staying on an upstream side of the filter 7, and to prevent increase of flow passage resistance and increase of pressure loss.SOLUTION: A filter unit 1 includes a filter chamber 10 having a first liquid chamber 6 into which liquid flows, a second liquid chamber 8 from which the liquid flows out, and a filter 7 installed between the first and the second liquid chambers 6 and 8; a bubble reservoir chamber 3 installed above the filter chamber 10; a first communication passage 4 communicating the first liquid chamber 6 with the bubble reservoir chamber 3 and opened to a first opening 13 of the first liquid chamber 6; and a second communication passage 5 communicating the first liquid chamber 6 with the bubble reservoir chamber 3 and opened to a second opening 14 provided below the first opening 13 of the first liquid chamber 6. |
