PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure output of a secondary battery when an SOC of the secondary battery drops.SOLUTION: A lithium-ion secondary battery (1) includes: a power generating element (20) in which lithium ions are transferred between a cathode (21) and an anode (22) during charging/discharging; a case (10, 11, 12) for housing the power generating element; and an intermediate electrode (50) which is housed in the case and is capable of taking in the lithium ions. The intermediate electrode takes in the lithium ions from the anode by conduction between the intermediate electrode and the anode. |
