PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery which can be improved in cycle characteristics in a high-temperature environment, and to provide a battery pack, an electronic device, an electric vehicle, and a power system each using the secondary battery.SOLUTION: The secondary battery includes a cathode, an anode, and an insulating layer through which ions can move. At least one of the cathode, the anode, and the insulating layer contains at least one selected from polymers in which one or more of repeating units having a specific structure are linked.
