PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof plate and an opening/closing deice, in which the detachable water proof plate is capable of attaining light weight.SOLUTION: A waterproof plate 10 which is installed on an opening S1 of a structure S and is attachable to and detachable from a pair of guide rails 5 and 5 provided to face each other in the width direction of the opening S1 comprises: a first plate member 11 and a second plate member 12 of which total length in a view in a vertical direction is longer than a width Ls of the opening S1; and a hinge mechanism 13 connecting respective connection ends 11a and 12a facing each other of the first plate member 11 and the second plate member 12 such that the first plate member 11 and the second plate member 12 are relatively rotatable in a view in a vertical direction. Guide rail side ends 11b and 12b in the longitudinal direction opposite to the connection ends 11a and 12a of the first plate member 11 and the second plate member 12 are inserted into guide openings 51 facing each other in a width direction and opened in a pair of guide rails 5 and 5, respectively. Thereby, the connection ends 11a and 12a project from the opening S1 and are installed on a side receiving water pressure, respectively. |
