PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a biosensor having an electrode system of high conductivity including a metal by a simple step and to suppress a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a method of manufacturing a biosensor is provided, in which a water-soluble resist layer having a prescribed pattern is formed on a first surface of a first base material, a metal layer is formed on the water-soluble resist layer and on the first surface of the first base material exposed from the water-soluble resist layer, the water-soluble resist layer and the metal layer formed on the water-soluble resist layer are removed by washing, and a first electrode layer formed by working the metal layer in a pattern shape on the first surface of the first base material is formed. |
