PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rush current flowing into a smoothing capacitor while preventing breaking of a switch.SOLUTION: A rectification section 31 is constituted from a plurality of diodes 31a to 31f and rectifies an AC power-supply voltage V0 applied from a commercial power-supply section PS. A smoothing capacitor 33 is connected in parallel to the rectification section 31 and smooths a voltage rectified by the rectification section 31. An adjustment circuit 38 is constituted such that a resistor R38 and a switch SW38 connected in parallel to each other are connected in series to the smoothing capacitor 33, and can adjust the amount of current flowing through the smoothing capacitor 33. A control circuit 39 performs control for restricting the amount of current flowing through the smoothing capacitor 33 by turning off the switch SW38 and serially connecting the smoothing capacitor 33 and the resistor R38 when a power-failure state occurs in which the application of the power-supply voltage V0 to the rectification section 31 continuously stops for first predetermined time Tp1. |
