PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of adjusting a relative inclination between first and second press surfaces arranged opposite each other when the distance between the first and second press surfaces is closer to a distance at which processing on an object using the first and second press surfaces is actually carried out.SOLUTION: Since detected respective crush surfaces 103 are uniform in area when first and second press surfaces (lower surface 44a, upper surface 26a) are parallel with each other, a relative inclination between the first and second press surfaces when the first and second press surfaces are at such a relative distance that a tool 100 for calibration having a plate-like member 101 is held between the first and second press surfaces so that crush surfaces 103 of detected respective bumps 102 are uniform in area, and so the relative inclination between the first and second press surfaces when the distance between the first and second press surfaces arranged opposite each other is closer to a distance at which press processing etc., on an object using the first and second press surfaces is actually performed can be adjusted. |
