PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure which conducts optical communication between a portable terminal and a stand, which inhibits attenuation of an optical signal thereby enabling good optical communication when the portable terminal is placed thereon and secures good dust resistance in the stand when the portable terminal is not placed thereon.SOLUTION: A stand 30 includes an optical communication element 41 so that the optical communication element 41 faces the opening 39 side in a housing 31. Further, a lid 45, which may displace between a closed position that the lid 45 closes the opening 39 and an open position that the lid 45 opens the opening position 39, is held by the housing 31. The lid 45 is biased in a direction that returns to the closed position by a coil spring 60. Protruding parts 49, which are subjected to the action of a portable terminal 10 housed in a housing part 32, are formed at the opposite surface side of the optical communication element 41 side in the lid 45. |
