PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device for a vehicle and a communication system for a vehicle that allow a user to continuously listen to a content even if the reception state of a radio wave of radio broadcasting and the like is deteriorated.SOLUTION: On-vehicle device 11 forming a communication system for a vehicle 10 comprises: a tuner unit 23 which receives a radio wave transmitted by a radio broadcasting station 14, and obtains a content distributed by the radio wave as a medium; and a communication unit 24 which performs data communication with an external communication line network 15 and obtains a content distributed by the communication line network 15 as a medium from the radio broadcasting station 14. If the on-vehicle device determines that it is a reception defect state in a state of reproducing the content obtained by the tuner unit 23, it switches the content to be reproduced to the content obtained by the communication unit 24. |
