PURPOSE: A temperature responsive circuit and a battery pack are provided to be able to prevent a battery from overheating, and to increase the reliability of the battery by blocking the current until the battery returns to a stable condition. CONSTITUTION: A temperature responsive circuit comprises a first temperature detection unit which outputs a higher voltage as the temperature rises; a second temperature detection unit which outputs a lower voltage as the temperature rises; and TR integrated circuits (Q1,Q2,Q3) which receive the first output voltage of the first temperature detection unit and the second output voltage of the second temperature detection unit, and output a power cut-off signal. The power cut-off signal is converted into a cut-off voltage level when the temperature increases to reach the first temperature, and a conduction voltage level when the temperature decreases to reach the second temperature which is lower than the first temperature. |
