PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinked PAS (Polyarylene Sulfide) resin which has higher viscosity and higher rigidity by improving melt stability of the resin, and suppressing viscosity increase of a melt upon performing thermal oxidation crosslinking by using linear high molecular weight PAS resin, and to provide a production method of the crosslinked PAS resin.SOLUTION: There is provided a crosslinked polyarylene sulfide resin which is obtained by heating a polyarylene sulfide resin composition in an oxidizing atmosphere, wherein the polyarylene sulfide composition contains: polyarylene sulfide resin (A) having a non-Newtonian index ranging from 0.90 to 1.25, and a melt viscosity measured at 300°C ranging from 5 to 1,000 (Pa s) poise, and carboxyalkylamino group-containing compound (B) in the range of 0.002 to 0.01 pt.mass based on 1 pt.mass of the polyarylene sulfide resin (A), and there is also provided a production method of the crosslinked polyarylene sulfide resin. |
