PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely predict the monitor object amount of a plant facility regardless of the execution timing of prediction.SOLUTION: A primary prediction part 103a calculates a plurality of primary prediction values of the monitor object amount of a sewage plant by using a plurality of different prediction models, the operation result data of the plant facility, data relating to the current operating situations, weather observation data and data relating to weather forecast. A secondary prediction part 103b supplies a weight corresponding to the execution timing of a secondary prediction step to each of the primary predication values, and calculates the secondary prediction value of the monitor object amount of the sewage plant as the prediction value of the monitor object amount of the sewage plant by using the plurality of primary prediction values to each of which the weight has been supplied. Thus, it is possible to highly precisely predict the monitor object amount of the sewage plant regardless of the execution timing of prediction. |
