CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF WIRING PATTERN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable connection structure of a wiring pattern and a manufacturing method of the connection structure of the wiring pattern.SOLUTION: A first wiring pattern 22 and a second wiring pattern 30 are fixed while being laminated through an adhesion sheet 40. On a surface of the first wiring pattern 22 at the second wiring pattern 30 side, protrusions 50 extend toward the second wiring pattern 30 in a portion where the adhesion sheet 40 does not exist, and the protrusions 50 are joined to the second wiring pattern 30 by solder 60.
