PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for measuring excavation accuracy, which make the excavation accuracy of an excavated hole for a prefabricated pile measured without working an excavation rod.SOLUTION: A device 10 for measuring excavation accuracy of an excavated hole in ground includes an inclinometer 12 which is inserted into an injection pipe penetrating an excavation rod held in the excavated hole and which measures an inclination of the injection pipe, and rod-like members 16A, 16B and 16C which are connected to the inclinometer 12 and which make torsional deformation around an axis line restricted by vertically moving the inclinometer 12 inside the injection pipe.
