PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the diameter of a measuring electrode to be made smaller while suppressing lowering in sensitivity of a sensor or overheating of an electrode.SOLUTION: A non-contact sensor 10 comprises: a supply electrode 14 generating a magnetic field by an AC current supplied from an AC power source 12; a measuring electrode 16 inductively coupled with a measuring object 20 by the magnetic field of the supply electrode 14; and a computing part 18 for obtaining characteristics of the measuring object 20 from a potential change of the measuring electrode 16. |
