PURPOSE: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic property and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce core losses at high frequencies; 400Hz while controlling crystal grains are formed into 70~100 micron meters. CONSTITUTION: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic property is made of Al(Aluminum) 1.0~3.0wt.%, Si(Silicon) 2.3~3.5wt.%, Mn(Manganese) 0.5~2.0wt.%, N(Nitrogen) 0.001~0.004wt.%, S(Sulfur) 0.0005~0.004wt.%, residual Fe(Iron), and inevitable impurities. The Al, Mn, N, and S satisfy the following condition equations. A first condition equation is {[Al]+[Mn])Δ3.5. A second condition equation is 0.002Δ{[N]+[S])Δ0.006. A third condition equation is 300Δ[((Al)+(Mn))/((N)+(S))]Δ1,400. The electric steel sheet comprises the thickness of 0.15~0.35mm. |
