PURPOSE: Synthetic woods is provided to be lightened by using a thermal expansibility foaming agent shell and reduce water content by forming closed-cell. And a manufacturing method of the synthetic woods having a specific gravity of 0.7-1.1 is provided to produce a board and rectangular timber which facilitate carrying and construction and have excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: Synthetic woods comprise 50-60 weight % of main materials in which 50-70 weight % of waste woods or husk powder, which has a particle size of 80-100 mesh by washing and drying the waste woods or husk powder, and 30-50 weight % of husk powder, which has a particle size of 30-80 mesh, are mixed and coated with resin and gelling agent, 7-10 weight % of kaolin powder and 30-40 weight % of resin (1). The resin comprises mixture in which more than one kind is mixed after being selected from a group consisting of polyolefin, ethylene copolymer which is obtained by copolymerization of polar monomer and ethylene, polyvinylchloride, chlorination polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene and acryl butadiene styrene resin (2). 0.05-0.5 weight % of a cross-linking agent, 1-2 weight % of a dispersing agent, 1-5 weight % of a modifier and 0.01-1 weight % of a foaming agent based on the total weight of the composition are added as other additives (3). The main materials are foamed and casted by mixing waste woods with particle size of 80-100 mesh or 50-70 weight % of husk powder and 30-50 weight % of husk powder with particle size of 30-80 mesh (4). The foaming agent minimizes the water content of synthetic timber by a thermal expansibility foaming agent shell in which liquid hydrocarbon having low boiling point is put into a thermoplastic polymer shell. |
